Stoxtox Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By using the Stoxtox app or stoxtox.com (the "Service"), you agree to these terms with Stoxtox LLC ("Stoxtox", "we"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to use Stoxtox.

Effective date: 20 October 2026.

2. What Stoxtox is, and isn't

Stoxtox is a tool for seeing your own accounts and investments in one place. It is for information only.

• Stoxtox is not a broker, bank, investment adviser or tax adviser, and nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

• Stoxtox cannot move money, place trades or change anything at your bank or broker.

• Your decisions are your own. Talk to a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

3. Your account and connected accounts

Your Stoxtox account. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time in the app.

Connected accounts. In the US you can connect a brokerage or retirement account through Plaid Inc. By connecting, you:

• confirm you are allowed to access that account;

• allow Stoxtox and Plaid to access and transfer your account information from your institution on your behalf, so Stoxtox can show it to you;

• agree that Plaid handles your information under the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.

Institutions and Plaid may change, pause or end access at any time, and data they send may be late or incomplete. You can disconnect at any time in the app.

4. Market data

Prices, company information, news and exchange rates come from third parties such as Financial Modeling Prep. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and values shown in Stoxtox may differ from your broker's statements. Always check your institution's records before relying on a number. Market data is provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, resold or redistributed.

5. Acceptable use and ownership

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything illegal, or to access accounts you aren't allowed to access;

• try to get into other people's data, our servers or our providers' systems;

• copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the Service or its data;

• disrupt the Service or overload it with automated requests.

The data you add is yours; you let us store and process it only to run the Service for you. Stoxtox, its design, name, logo and software belong to Stoxtox LLC. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own, under these terms and Apple's App Store terms.

6. Disclaimers and limits on liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the Service will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• Stoxtox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, investment losses or lost data;

• Stoxtox is not responsible for decisions you make based on the Service, or for the acts of your institutions, Plaid or other third parties;

• Stoxtox's total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Some places don't allow these limits, so some may not apply to you.

7. Ending use, changes and contact

Ending use. You can stop using Stoxtox and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the Service at risk. Sections 4 to 7 still apply after your account ends.

Changes. We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email first. Using Stoxtox after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Stoxtox LLC is organized, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
